• The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring all visitors are properly inducted and that they abide by the company’s instructions.
• The QHSE Officer is responsible for ensuring proper work permits are issued for all contractors and that required PPE is available at all times.
• The Watchman is responsible for monitoring entrances and exits of people and vehicles.
• The Receptionist is the point of contact between the visitor and the employee being visited.
Duty in reception area to make sure all visitors and staff are properly using the ID. And the visitors must be sign the log book and confirm the whom to meet.
