My current job duties include but not limited to the following:
- Study, Audit, Draft and Review Contracts, Agreements, Amendments, Variation Orders, Work orders and Appendixes.
- Recommending settlements in the cases that are less-likely to be won.
- Representing Takamol Holding in courts and arbitration.
- Providing legal advice on any legal contract/bond that Takamol Holding does not wish to continue with.
My job duties include but not limited to the following:
- Member of the Second Primary customs committee in Riyadh "the custom’s semi-judicial court".
- Studying customs cases, determining the type of violation, then refer them to the primary customs committees.
- Auditing the primary customs committees, ensuring their compliance with the Customs law, and prepare possible counter challenges that can appear in the Customs Appeals Committee.
- Recommending settlements in the cases that are less-likely to be won.
- Closing case files after making sure they were settled.
- Representing Saudi Customs in the administrative courts and appealing customs committees.
- Studying the new proposed regulations while consulting their business owners.
- Study/Audit legal contracts and government tenders and procurement contracts before signing.
- Providing legal advice on any legal contract/bond that Saudi Customs does not wish to continue with.
Provide personal administrative support and assistance to the Dean.
