Sr. Captain:
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standard adhering to legal regulations.
Complete operation by developing schedule, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standard s, resolving operation problems, maintain reference manual, implementing new procedures.
Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshop.
Contribute to team efforts by acccomplishing related results as needed.
Captain Waiter:
Responsible to promote and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being serve.
Established rapport with guest to build guest loyalty and gathered constructive feedback to ensure satisfaction of every individual guest.
Responsible of ensuring the correct counts during month and inventory of the service tools and equipment.
Waiter:
Greet all guest pleasantly and escorted guest to table, assist guest with menu and respond all queries and reccomend choice.
Monitor all order for drink and food and assist in time delivery.
Administer work and provide priority to ladies and serve drink s and food in appropriate utensils, monitor all items and ensure timely submissions to kitchen staff and evaluate billing for same.
Provide optimal level of attention to all guest in all its course.
Assist guest with appropriate check and ensure absence of any discripancies.
