My responsibilities is to Manage day-to-day financial activities
related to financial planning, cash management, treasury
management reporting & analysis functions, and Preparation of
overall organizational budgets and ensure the effectiveness of the
financial control by continuously monitoring the business spending
against the budgets, by Conduct financial and costing analysis (key
performance indicators, trends, capital expenditures analysis,
variances reporting in terms of actual versus target reports,
deviation reports, etc).
* Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts.
* Ensure financial records and maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
* Ensure all financial reporting deadlines.
* Prepare financial management report.
* Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
* Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
* Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
* Monitor and support taxation issues.
* Develop and maintain financial data bases.
* Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.
* Finance -Set ups and administers accounts. Ensures accuracy andtimeliness of data.
* Prepares financial statement and reports.
* Assisting with month-end Management Accounts, the Accounts
* Payable function.
* Maintaining fixed asset register Monitors and matches suppliers accounts.
* Prepares monthly analytical reports.
* Maintaining, updating and submitting budget and Cash flow amendments.
* Analyze transactions and prepare reimbursement
* Prepares the Monthly Bank reconciliation.
* Prepares the monthly Salary and the intensive for the sales men.
* Prepares and Follow up the Social security and income tax and sales tax Payment
*Cleaning glass buildings from outside using the hydraulic jack
* Marketing the service for Company’s
* Finding new markets.
* Employment management "from recruitment and registration of labor coming from abroad,
* Accounting
Set ups and administers accounts. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of data.
Prepare the contribution of social security and income tax reports and saving box statements.
Organizing the health insurance contracts.
Assisting with month-end Management Accounts, the Accounts Payable function, and maintaining a fixed asset register.
Arranges purchasing invoices.
Monitors purchase invoices.
Monitors and matches suppliers accounts.
Prepares and monitors monthly records.
Reviews petty cash amounts.
Prepares monthly analytical reports.
Maintaining, updating and submitting budget amendments to The School Board.
Studying Accounting and finance in English and in Arabic at the same time Auditing .
