Responsible and looking East African Countries for the sales and development of Pharmaceutical Products including Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, and Kenya, dealing with international clients to export Pharmaceuticals, Surgical having managing field force in the region to promote Branded, Semi branded and generic products, Develop Marketing Plans, Promotional strategies and Market analysis for new products launches. Develop Business Plan for the organization.
Supervise sales responsibilities of 3 group’s Elite, Ultimate and specialty group.
Implementation of business plans. Manage and instruct sales representatives in daily job functioning. Introduce new customer service protocols.
Exceed sales quotas on a regular basis.
Instrumental in increasing sales levels and improve market share through Strategic planning and effective marketing and promotional Tools
Improve customer retention levels through Customer Relationship Management within
saturated markets.
Manage Field force to meet sales targets and also development of the field force.
Based on institutions, and achieve targets given.
Visit assigned doctors.
Looking Uganda, Tanzania, Rawanda, Brundi, and Kenya, dealing with international clints to export Pharmaceuticals, surgicals and general Merchandise also having field force in uganda and rawanda to promote Branded, semi branded and generic products, Develop Marketing Plans, Promotional strategies and Market analysis for new products launches. Develop Business Plan for the organization.
