Responsible for creating the service sequence for all the departments (Recreation Facilities, Food & Beverage, Banquet & Conference and Meeting Rooms) and ensure that the team adheres to it for consistent service and better guest satisfaction.
Support the Head of Hospitality in coordination of organizational and administrative function of the Operation and to monitor standard performance against business support and hospitality services.
Ensure that Food & Beverage departments are strictly adhering to Abu Dhabi Food Control and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards
Conducting staff departmental meetings regularly, so as to ensure a proper flow of the communication and smooth functioning within the department.
Communicate daily with other concerned departments to ensure they are aware of all VIP Arrivals and Special Requests.
Make arrangements to welcome VIP guests and delegates and personally take ownership of their requirements and assisting them in their needs
Coordinate with external service providers and ADIA, to ensure all the services meet the ADIA’s standard.
Contribute to the preparation, negotiation and the review of contracts, RFP, RFQ, SOP, Policies and Procedures.
Prepare and submit regular reports, documentation, and presentation for the superiors / managers.
Assist with purchasing and recommendations of items.
