As an IT support Engineer, main responsibilities included in network configuration and solving problems for clients and the company organizing the event. Solving internet problems, switch and port configuration and checking of wires and connections directly and through WiFI were some of the responsibilities. Working for BIG 5 also gave experience how to deal with clients and communicating and providing professional service on an international level.

IT Support for Gulf Food Manufacturing Event which included switch configuration, port configuration and general assistance in providing services and assistance to all clients of IT department at Dubai World Trade Centre for the gulf food manufacturing event. Solving network problems for the 5GHZ network provided by the IT department.
