Meet and greet customers visiting the center.
•Provide efficient customer service.
•Operate MEDITEX system and obtaining all necessary data concerning the patient and owner.
•Prepare to receive appointments by retrieving client record, preparing needed forms in advance of client arrival. Complete required forms and obtain all necessary information.
•Updating client files follow up with clients when indicated.
•As required, enter data in to the computer system, retrieve and modify computerized records.
•Preparing weekly reports and dispatch to management.
•Must be able to maintain a positive working environment.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Organizing meetings and team training seminars.
•Creating monthly exams to meet determined KPI'S.
•Resume filtering for new hires.
•Interviewing candidates for open positions.
Responded to face to face customer enquiries credit cards, opening new accounts, worked at retail department and assist customer service team.
