As an Instructional Coach
I conducted a training session titled “Mentoring in Action” for the teachers of Beaconhouse to
develop their mentoring skills. The training was held from 22nd December to 24th December 2025.
Led 10-hour training sessions for government teachers under IMPACT 20, focusing on lesson
planning, effective questioning, and classroom management.
Provided personalized coaching, constructive feedback, and resources to enhance instructional
practices and improve student learning outcomes.
Conducted Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps and designed and delivered targeted
School-Based Professional Development (SBPD) sessions.
Conducted classroom observations and model lessons.
Organized student mock discussions, dialogues, and symposiums on contemporary issues to foster
critical thinking.

As a teacher, Taught English, PSHE, and Social Studies (Grade 7, 8, and 9) utilizing Technology Integrated
Classrooms (Chromebooks). Managed student academic records on BEAMS software.

Chaired coordination meetings with Social Studies Teachers (Grade 3-6) and ensured compliance
through model lessons and replications of Head Office trainings.
Teacher & Academic Management:
Planned differentiated tasks (Remedial and Extension work) and maintained records of individual
intervention plans for struggling and early-bird students.
Served as school Discipline In-charge and managed the School Students’ Council.
Utilized ICT/technology for effective lesson implementation and better student understanding.
Online teacher Taking (Online Classes Using MS Teams)
To deliver clear, organized, and interactive online lessons using tools like screen sharing,
presentations, and digital resources on MS Teams.

Curriculum Management: Oversaw the planning and execution of the entire Primary English
curriculum, ensuring quality and standards.
