➢ To service customers in areas of opening and closing account, Safe Deposit Box, and other financial transactions related to DBSI product including any checking and verifying of customer’s document

➢ Establish and promote cordial relationship with customers, ensuring prompt attendance to their inquiries and
solving their problems to grant them maximum satisfaction
➢ Ensure that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes
➢ Meeting and communicating with clients to understand event requirements and suggesting them new unique creative event ideas and concepts maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
