- Manage the planning & development of events & activations for all Samsung departments (Corporate, Consumer Electronics & Mobiles) in the Levant region;
- Manage multiple projects, activations, roadshows & events across (Jordan, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine & Syria) simultaneously;
- Negotiate sponsorship packages to ensure client satisfaction about the final outcome;
- Partner with client team to explore new projects opportunities that offer solutions and plan to execute & deliver;
- Managed the first universities roadshow for Samsung in Jordan, contacted universities, planned site visits & prepared all needed operations;
- Partner with Digital department to manage the use of digital & social media tools to maximize the reach for the ongoing activations;
- Led Samsung flagship mobile (Note 9) main launch event in Dead Sea, Jordan;
- Train new vendors to deliver up to the standards we work to in events & activations;
- Handle all events details and activations operations;
- Comes up with quick on ground solutions.
