parties in order to assure non-occurrence of such in the future.
✓ Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing
customer feedback.
✓ Provides customer with product knowledge to ensure maximum use of
facilities and complete customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and follow up with operations and logistics in order to
ensure that products are delivered on time.
✓ Track order activity and alerts appropriate staff of any potential
delivery problems
✓ Suggests additional and/or alternative products or services to meet
customer needs.
✓ Maintain a database of clients through regular follow up of problems
and queries and customer periodical research, and amend customer
information as needed with close coordination with the marketing
