o Receive tenders from NGO and read it carefully to specify the requirements.
o Coordinate between the purchasing and operation departments to offer proper prices and services.
o Prepare full technical and financial proposals to meet customer specifications and satisfaction.
o Prepare samples if needed.
o Submit the proposal at or before the deadline.
o After submission of the proposal, follow up with the clients to get their feedback.
o the core responsibility was to analyse tenders and issue tenders receipts that contained the responsibilities of other departments;
o Following up with the tenders processes;
o Setting of monthly timetables that contained the monthly deadlines of all tenders;
o Supervise on technical data, in addition to suggestion based on previous tender’s experience.
o Issue financial and technical proposals;
o Give feedbacks and weekly reports for the direct manager, who in return sends it to the top management.
