- Plan and implement the Business development strategy, which included prospecting, lead generation and qualification.
- Responsible for all Account Acquisition activities of the agency .
- Agency Credentials/Presentation development .
- Pitch management up till the account is engaged.
- Develop business with the current clients through improving broader scope of services that improves their brands performance .
- Manage new and current clients;handle their requests and follow it with the internal and external recourses .
- Developing proposals for new jobs/pitches.
- Reporting to MD on monthly basis and maintaining the agreed upon KPIs.
• Establishing new businesses by meeting consultants, Architects, Contractors.
• Attending trade Exhibitions, meetings, events and conferences to develop the business.
• Organizing and scheduling marketing visits to meet consultants and ensure NAFFCO -Fire doors- is featured as a preferred manufactures on their vendor list.
• Preparing the prequalification and presentation to be used in the meetings.
• Preparing reports regarding the weekly plan & yearly projected growth and forecast.
•Developed and drafed new plans aiming at increasing the sales of OSN products in the Jordanian market.
•Supervised the team members to insure that thier daily tasts are undertaken as assigned.
•Lead and followed up with the team members in order to achieve thier targets.
•Prepared reports analyzing the sales os OSN products in light of both the Jordanian market and the region.
•Prepared the sales forecast of the Jordan team members on monthly basis.
•Prepared sales report regarding OSN products, including Zero report, activity report, MTD and YTD.
•Delivered training to newly hired employees on OSN products.
•Sold OSN products to customers and over achieved the set targets.
•Identified potential customers and approached them so as to sell and promote OSN products.
•Reported to the management all of the activity and results reports;such as daily call reports, weekly work plans.
•Prepared and organized the required paperwork to activate and maintain the customers' contracts.
•Drafted a variety of reports that describe the status of the sold products, including the activities, closing, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
