. - Responsible for knowing critical functions within the department and capable of mentoring and assisting employees within the department.
- Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial Entries documents and reports.
- Reviews accounts payables and weekly check run and monitor and interpret cash flows
- Responsible for all issues related to banks(accounts, chks, transfers), cash and all financial materials
- Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves tranactions within designated limits.
- Responsible for distributing monthly revenues, financial statements and cost center reports .
- Closely maintains and monitors the fixed assets system.
- Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of ledger accounts
- Responsible for all taxes obligations.
- Support the Company’s mission, vision, values and goals in the performance of daily activities.
- Work with external auditors during financial and operational audits.
-conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
Review Bills, stock, responsible for cash and bank accounts, salaries, VAT, NSSF and Income tax declarations.
Report directly to the the GEneral manager and Auditor
I am responsible for all administrative work of DVD department, including stock account and shipping.
