It is a mega methanol with capacity of 7000 ton per day. This company is in the beginning of
the pre-commissioning and I am there in pre-commissioning team and dealing with some
punch list and pipe cleaning such as blowing out and steam out and acid washing the pipes
and dealing with logics and complex loops for revising and reform of them.
tuning the control valves, graphical lay out and deal with process system control such as PCS7 (Siemens)
It is a methanol Producer Company that I was as supervisor in pre-commissioning
and
commissioning there, then I was as head of operation in control room during initial
start up
and after that I was there for training of operators in control room and site for two
years.

commissioning there, then I was as operation controller in control room and now I
work as
process expert in process engineering section. I have good experience in piping
, test run,
commissioning and commissioning, deal with compressor, turbine and pumps…, I
have been
in some overhaul there and I have earned good experience at this field.
A big Company in producing home detergents that I was as expert in quality
control of
products and raw materials. I was as supervisor of company in PakanPlast
Company That
was producer of packaging of products simultaneously.
