Duties
• To develop the Feed Additive business Globally in all 5 regions, North America (USA, Canada, Mexico), South America, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), Northeast Asia (Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan) and Southeast Asia.
• Strategic business planning for different regions.
• To highlight the sales potential in different regions and introduce the product in new regions and applications.
• Portfolio Expansion - Support of the definition of which complementary technologies to our business could allow us to grow more aggressively in the next 2-4 years.
• Deliver training on reformulated new product value proposition to all major service partners, helping to communicate higher value of the new product portfolio.
• To help and support R & D team to give ideas about new products as required by customers. To propose new product development as well as improving existing products according to changing market needs.
• To provide technical support to distributors / customers working along with Nouryon team in Middle East, China and Pakistan.
• To pursue Marketing activities in the following areas, product development, image enhancement, technical support etc.
Achievements
• In 2021, Contributed in different fronts of the segment´s growth strategy: Great business development mind-set - Led selection of new distributors in Asia, brought new ideas for application development, innovation projects and supported important relationship development with big customers globally. Supported Asia Sales team constantly but also at the same time have developed relationships with other regions (South America, MEA) in his global role.
• Developed 2 new products / applications for Feed Industry and introduced in the market. Trained sales team, distributors and business partners about the new product / applications with value proposition. Also developed supporting application of ROI calculation for new developments.
• Helped and supported Commercial team to enter in new markets in different regions. Completed all the regional sales plans and discussed with RSMs. Highlighted the real sales potential in different regions and incorporated in sales targets. Appointed / started working with 2 new distributors 1. (Pakistan), 2. (South Africa).
• Successfully completed the Global Feed Strategy well on time and it was reviewed / approved by management.
• Prepared guideline for sales team that how to select Bredol type for different applications. Delivered training to Nouryon feed sales team. Guideline is available as presentation on Feed shared file.

• Presented 2 webinars for Feed, one in India and one in Southeast Asia. Review and re-write Bredol brochures during 2021.
• To develop and implement the Dairy and Beef Feed Strategies.
• To manage and train the sales team for Dairy & Beef Feed Sales.
• To build a new Dairy team.
• To undertake various Sales activities in the following areas, forecasting, achieving sales targets and other activities to support sales and promotion.

In my new role, I am responsible to provide technical support to all over Asia wherever Bentoli has operations. For technical support it covers to handle technical queries from customers, to provide training to new Sales / Technical staff from Bentoli and also to customers, to support marketing department for providing technical contents for product sheet and presentations, to edit the Bentoli Newsletter and other technical bulletins, to provide technical support during the conferences and trade shows.
I am based at Singapore but with travelling to all over Asia like Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Pakistan, India, Vietnam, UAE, Japan, South Korea and also New Zealand and Australia.

Ensure alignment of sales, technical, marketing and regulatory to achieve business objectives and clear product positioning and programs to provide solutions to customer challenges.
To provide technical assistance to farmers on Management, Nutrition, Disease Control.
To prepare feasibility reports, market surveys and record keeping for customers
Duties
• To upgrade and maintain the standards of poultry research farm management.
• Responsible for research protocol writing, research trial schedule and prioritisation, research trial feed formulation and research trial result preparation.
• Prepare and circulate research results / conclusions among company directors, general managers and nutritionists.
• Suggest new areas / topics for research consideration and product development.
• Assist in setting up new research farms in different countries like Indonesia, Vietnam and China by providing manpower training, research protocol writing, results vetting etc.

Duties
To manage the routines and activities of Milk Production Unit. (8000 Friesian cows)
Feeding, Management & Reproductive Management of 8000 Friesian cows.
Achievements
Organised a new separate unit at Farm, namely Reproduction Management Unit.

Training of in service staff (Veterinary Officers, Veterinary Doctors, Dairy Managers, Artificial Insemination Technicians and other field staff).
Administration and resource management for field officers.
Basic Livestock Production (Health & Animal Production) for Livestock Farmers.
Tailored trainings according to specific needs from the field.
Teaching to 2 years Diploma course for Livestock Assistants.

Introduced advanced training methodologies like use of audio visual aids, group discussion etc.
Duties
To perform embryo transfer research trials using Friesian and Jersey cows including Super-ovulation, Embryo Collection and Transfer, Embryo Cryo-preservation etc. at Embryo Transfer Laboratory.
To monitor feeding and management of Dairy cows including Friesian and Jersey cows.
To deliver lectures on different topics of Nutrition, Physiology, Biochemistry and Reproduction to Veterinary Officers as well as Technicians at In-Service Training Institute.
Achievements
Worked as In-charge Embryo Transfer Laboratory and during all the trials I was successful to collect on an average 8-10 ova from single cow at one time. I got success to produce Friesian calf through Sahiwal cow using E.T techniques.
Managed 1000 cows of pure Friesian and Jersey breeds efficiently under tropical conditions and also increased the milk production and income by implementing advanced husbandry practices including better management, disease control and proper nutrition.
Modified the feed formulation for dairy cows and accomplished better FCR.
Formulated Mineral Mixture for dairy cows and got better results and lower cost as compared to the market brand.
