Responsibilities included:
Overseeing Units productivity and all the other transactions for HBL AML fund, Managing the entire work of Transfer Agent as collaborating with the legal aspects and managing accounts. Managing Voluntary Pension Funds (VPS) & revaluation of Funds, Managing quality assurance for CCU & keeping all records,
Verifies the communication and process flow for operating new accounts. Managing all banking details and there transactions recon for the corporate & individual customers. Verifies calculation & process of Monthly Profit for customers. Reporting to MUFAP on monthly basis. Managing CGT/WHT calculation on daily basis with exemptions Liaise with all the HBL Wealth Product & Ops Team regarding any kind of problem in processing of corporate accounts & their legal requirements. Liaise with Cash Management Department (CMD) of HBL Bank for processing cash flows through online & RTGS Liaise with Central Depository Company of Pakistan Ltd (CDC) for processing any kind of transactions in their FMS & CDS system for all transactions. Liaise with external auditor on behalf of the department in respect of statutory 'system audit' of the company; wherein the computerized system controls, operational internal controls, financial operations, reporting mechanism and compliance functions are being assessed by external auditor Managing all the dispatch system and communication for the investors of HBL AMC Fund's country wide. Managing corporate & individual accounts problem. (ic. Statements, Procedures & Certificate or Letter issuance, etc.) Managing all kind of reports as the Higher Management requires. Reporting to Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan on monthly basis.
Processing Units issuance & Units redemption for all funds i.e. UMME, UGIF & USF. Recording daily CFS transaction, Ready Future transaction & Out Right Purchase. Handling & managing Unit holder's problem. (ic. Statements and redemption procedures) Monthly profit calculation for the Unit holder in all funds, Coordination with the banks regarding transfers of funds for issuance & redemption of UMMF, UGIF & USF Units. Coordination with Registrar for the purchase & redemption of units for UMMF. Coordination with CDC Trustee for the purchase & redemption of units for UMME, UGIF & USF. Coordination with the branches regarding customer complains.
ance Department Preparation of all necessary vouchers for UMMF, UGIF & USF daily NAV Calculation. Preparation of all vouchers of the Management Company on a daily basis expenses & accruals. (UBL FM) Maintaining the Petty Cash for the company. Processing Day End & calculation of NAV of UMMF. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation for all accounts. (i Maintaining proper records of daily documents UMMF & UBL FM)
