As a Assistant Finance Manager my key responsibilities are as follows:
-Overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance
with financial regulations and communicating with
Banks.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation and also reconcile
receivables, and payables.
- Prepare Financial Statements and submitting
Withholding Tax Statements.
My role involved assisting in auditing and assurance engagements, evaluating internal controls, conducting substantive testing, and documenting findings. Preparation of Financial Statements as per AFRF. Checking the compliance of Companies Act, Income Tax and Sales Tax Laws.
