1. Human Resources, Administration, Omanisation and Legal Affairs
• Planning, developing and implementing strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues).
• Liaising with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
• Ensuring activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care.
• Prepare Workforce planning with the project team while integrating the Omanisation plan.
• Develop the Organisation’s Balanced Scorecard in partnership with business leaders.
• Planning for employee’s performance appraisal; developing tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
• Monitoring, measuring and reporting on HR issues, opportunities and development plans
• Auditing and authenticating all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies...etc.
• Developing and maintaining healthy relation with Govt. and Non Govt.
• Training and Development as per the Employee Development Plan.
• Managing and controlling departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
• Talent Management - Create career and succession plan in line with current and future business needs.
• Ensure smooth functioning of administration - Labour Clearances, Visa and labour related compliances.
2. Corporate Affairs:
• Providing advice to corporate management and executive teams on reputation management, bringing the perspectives of stakeholders to manage business complexities.
• Driving the outreach & corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy to consistently reflect the organizational vision & mission.
3. Contract Management
• Managing variety of contract including civil construction contracts, medical insurance, catering services, housekeeping, telecommunication provider and other business contracts.
4. Real Estate and Asset Management
• Manage the various assets of the organisation and ensure optimum yield from investments - Properties, Factories and Services.
