Responsible for building, leading and developing a team of Multi-skilled Engineers.
● Reviewing issues and ensuring faults are managed and dealt with, ensuring constant improvement.
● Provide feedback to the business on operational improvement and efficiencies.

• Maintain a high level of reliability and availability of factory equipment through effective planned
maintenance regimes.
• Train and support engineering team as required.
• Provide hands on engineering support whilst on shift.
• Control the maintenance budget and all capital requirements.
• Work closely with other departments, suppliers, and contractors.
Worked in shift pattern of 4 on/4 off.
• Looking after the whole factory production, cover break downs.
• Worked on PPMs.
• Being involved in development projects.
• Worked on Tromp, Turbo, Cermax, auto free-mantel, semi free-mantel and FORD sealer.
Worked on proffer, REVENT Ovens, POLLIN Mixer, burger machines, BDM dividers, pastry baking
machines, rack ovens, box carton making machines, AGLIAVINI Ovens.
Working in a high level food production environment with all its associated challenges this position is
integral to company output.
• Reporting to the Engineering Manager, carrying out maintenance, diagnose and fault finding on PLC,
also fully trained supervisor,
• Managing team of engineers, attend meetings and monthly company's brief.

PA, Hot fillers, Multivac (R330, R270, R570, R5200), Cryovac (VS95TS, VS95, VS85, ST98, ST95,
ST12, Heat Tunnel), Dexmore, Ovens (Double D), Cookers (Lutecia), Metal detectors (Loma, Safeline),
Slicers (TREIF, Grasselli, Beko), Printers and labellers (Allen coding, Bizerba, Autocoder), Turbo
depositors, Handtmann(VF, AL), Tipper Tie, Flow rappers (Omori), Minerva, Conveyors, Silo, Boilers,
Compressors, Injectors (FOMACO), Netter, PLC (OMRON, MITSUBISHI, ALLEN
BRADLEY, SIEMENS
Provide maintenance support to production through preventative and reactive action, to carry out general maintenance as required.
• Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.
• Working on Controls (PLCs).
• Fixing faults on site or arranging for replacement equipment to be installed.
• Handling Reactive and Preventive Planned Maintenance.
• Keeping production managers informed of progress
• Organizing teams or individuals to make sure that 24-hour cover is available
• Maintenance works for Film sealing machine(packaging purpose), machine such as CFS, Star -2Hs
• Maintenance works for machine which deals with the continues Production process work.
• Repair work for the conveyors(belts), Metal detectors, fixture, sensors, dispensers, tools, etc
• Maintenance and development of the production line, both independently and as a team.
• Regular meetings with the Managing Director discussing new ways to improve efficiency and ways to increase product portfolio.
Reports for the Breakdown, Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM).
• Maintenance for Air Controlling Unit (ACU's), Pumps, Generators, Motors, cooling towers, etc.
• Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned work
• Controlling maintenances tools, store and equipments
• Lead, train and guide the maintenance team
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
• Time to time preventive maintenance for the special purpose production machinery.
