- Lead the team to analyze, develop and enhance the systems and applications according to the company requirements.
- Manage to upgrade and maintain the Public Relations Documentation & Security Department Applications.
- Manage to upgrade the systems and applications according to the changes in UAE's Ministry of Interior Immigration portals and regulations.
- Manage to upgrade the systems and applications according to the changes in UAE's Critical Infrastructure & Coastal Protection Authority systems and regulations.
Major Clients: GASCO, ADMA, ADGAS, ZADCO, ADCO, BUROUGE, TAKREER, MACE, FAST etc.
- To manage the team of developers/designers.
- To lead the team in analyzing and developing applications for clients.
- To provide the support in troubleshooting and maintenance of applications of existing clients.
- Day to day management of Client's application, tracking of team progress to plan and crafting detailed policy and procedures for development team
- To interact with sales peoples in delivering the initial technical presentations as per client's requirements.
Major Clients: Dar Optics, Khalidiya Mall, Preston Textiles etc.
- To manage the team of developers/designers.
- To provide support in developing/maintaining the in-house applications.
- To lead the team in analyzing and developing applications for clients.
- To provide the support in troubleshooting and maintenance of applications of existing clients.
- To test and debug the application for quality improvement.
- Day to day management of Client's application, tracking of team progress to plan and crafting detailed policy and procedures for development team
- To assist the team in publishing the developer and user documentation materials.
- To interact with sales peoples in delivering the initial technical presentations as per client's requirements.
- To prepare all types of software/applications for management and other related departments.
- Prepare and analyze new/existing programs/reports.
- Test, debug documents and implement computer applications.
- To provide and make arrangements for imparting customized training related to computer software, operational techniques and maintenance.
- To arrange and obtain appropriate data from right sources.
- Identify various reports required to obtain historical data.
- To design and develop new formats for management information reports.
