Process all payments invoices and preparation of vouchers related to purchases and expenses on daily basis including reviewing invoice details for complete information, assigning appropriate GL coding, and obtaining approval for payment from departmental head.
Recording Payroll, Employees Old Age Benefits, and Gratuity Fund & Provident Fund payments of ALBARBAKA BANK PAKISTAN in co-ordination with Human Resource department.
Ensuring Accounts Payable & Payments are properly reflected in financial statements before the deadline.

Perform variance analysis of Branches expenditures on weekly basis and investigate the reasons with correspondence with Branch concerned official.
Perform reconciliation of branches and HO transactions details on daily basis and rectify the transactions with coordination with Branches.
Ensure appropriate income tax & sales tax treatment to authorized vendors based on applicable tax laws and exemptions.
Preparing & recording weekly WHT and monthly Federal Sales Tax & Provincial Sales Tax e-payments.
E-Filing of weekly WHT & submission of monthly Federal Sales Tax & Provincial Sales Tax Returns.
Issuing & Collecting WHT Deduction Certificates, General Sales Tax & Sindh Sales Tax Challans.
