• Responsible to Lead warehouse and Logistics operations by covers Logistic Planning, Storing, and transporting biscuits and confectionary from 15 3PL finished goods warehouses. Manages 2 factory warehouses including FG, raw material, and engineering/technical stores.
• Lead strategy for local and global expansion at Pladis Saudi Arabia, outlining business plans and goals.
• Managing national profit and loss, capital expenses, and budgets for warehouse and transportation functions to meet Logistics Cost per sales (%) targets and KPIs. Overseeing Inventory Accuracy and levels as per company requirements.
• Developed Operational dashboards for Pladis and 3PL Warehouse Operations with KPIs and SLAs for standardization and benchmarking.
• Drive continuous process improvement for enhanced efficiency, reduced costs, and improved profitability. Implemented action plans for employees and 3PL partners to Improve Productivity.
• Strategically planning future warehousing and transportation needs, defining Scope of Work and RFP/RFQ processes.

Vehicle Spare Parts & Service, Jeddah KSA.
• Responsible to look after sourcing of vehicle spare parts and distribution.
• Assist team with attaining retail sales and profitability plans in Parts.
• Assist customers with determination of Parts and Accessories requirements.
• Handle customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive way.
• Receive and process parts from distributors.
• Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers.
• Maintain updated customer account and database details.
• Monitor the imported stocks and ask the import team to expedite shipments. for the items that have critical stock level.
• Develop a report for the forecast accuracy.

• Responsible for the procurement and delivery of packaging material.
• Responsible to find manufacturing suppliers for snacks production range.
• Responsible to develop alternative suppliers to reduce bottleneck material supplies. Responsible to maintain minimum safety level of packaging material and share data with procurement assistants for re-ordering of packaging material.
• Responsible to create 3PL transportation & warehouse contracts.
• Responsible to maintain cost trend of purchases and contracts.

• Responsible to look after the inventory planning, store assessment, receiving and distribution of spare parts all over Pakistan.
• Responsible to monitor demand requisition and delivery of spare parts from 23 branches all over Pakistan against customer complain about warranty/revenue.
• Develop internal request for DPL factory, make purchase order for Import/local vendors to ensure availability of parts through Oracle ERP.
• Analyze spare parts planning report and maintain one-month safety stock of spare parts based on branches past consumption, branch forecast consumption and branches requisitions.
• Responsible to procure compressor, gas & copper on monthly basis through Imports.
• Examine monthly price trends based on International/local market rates to measure the consistency of rates.
• Close monitor of spare parts received from factories, import and local vendors.
• Follow up with quality inspection team after the receiving of materials.
• Strong follow up on pending demands so that timely receiving can be done from factories, local, import & FOC.
• Monitoring of proper parts stacking as per store layout.
• Perform store assessment and sorting damage items every month.
• To take physical audit of weekly issuance of parts at weekend.
• To minimize dead stock; monthly part wise report has been sent to sales department by utilizing inventory by selling into local market.
• Safety stock must be maintained at central store and sub-stores all over Pakistan to avoid Part Not Available (PNA) at sub-stores as well central store level.

Procurement Department:
• Corresponding with end users in order to meet their requirements.
• To ensure in-time availability of electrical and mechanical machinery spare parts.
• Co-ordination with vendors, users and stores in charge.
• Monitor requisitions/ P.O pending/ goods receiving and goods rejections on daily basis.
• Develop monthly product plan considering demand and supply.
• Work out Material Resource Planning (MRP).
• Evaluation of Vendors and Managing Suppliers Data Bank.
• Monitoring of Inventory Stock by transferring of goods from different stores.
• To carry out cash purchases item.
• Preparations of Purchase Order as per requirement.
• Making comparison statement through RFQ.
• Market visit for sourcing of new vendors.
• Strong follows up with vendors for requisition items delivery.
