Working as a Client Manager at the Realco Real Estate. looking after old and new clients and accounts. Mainly Sales and Leasig of both residential and Commercial properties .
Educating clients with the complete property knowledge, building a need, Explaining technical aspect in licensing and other legal issues. Consulting clients and closing deals Generating leads working on locally obtained data. Managing and working with a team of 3 Agents. Making sure the targets are met. Also content writing for advertisement purpose.
Generating new business via phone and personal meetings with the business individuals of the industry.co-coordinating with the customer requirements. Booking and forwarding orders.
This was my Late Fathers company.
My main work was as a processor of Inwards remittances via all nostro accounts.coordinating with banks international via Swift message on AS400 and CS Star softwares.
Debiting and crediting nostro and vostro accounts directly.
I have been awarded by the CEO of Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan for my professional attitude And Devoted Performance towards my assigned job and also towards extra assignments such as the merger of Union Bank Pakistan with Standard Chartered Bank Pakistani.
I left this wonderful job because my father had passed away and i had to join his business.
• While I was working at SVL Pan Pacific, I was assigned to manage a floor consisting of 3 cubical each consisting of 4 agents. Meanwhile providing the agents with valid leads. And surpassing given targets with wowing results.
• Worked as a sales and marketing agent for Carter & Carter Financial Services (BTF) Uk and EON Electricity & Gas UK With good target achievements.
Customer co-ordination and managing of shipments in a senior authorities absence.
My work also included business developing.new leads.
