Developing health and safety working programmes and strategies for Fertilizer
•Investigate accidents and complaints and determining if there has been a breach of health and safety law
•Assist the organization with the strategic planning of the risk management agenda to meet both national and internal targets
•Provide advice and support to the relevant senior managers who have a designated lead responsibility for ensuring the organization meets required risk management standards for Fertilizer
•Monitor and review risk management policies, procedures and guidelines on a regular basis assisting the organization to comply with statutory and local obligations

•Monthly reports preparation of all the accidents and near misses.

•Risk assessment of the newly built projects offices.
•Ensuring field staffs are provided with suitable protective equipment, such as eye goggles, ear protectors or appropriate types of gloves and clothing.
