- Assigned as the Lead Account Executive focused on helping businesses of the U.A.E. to utilize creative technology to help innovate and grow in the digital age.
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating in-person and telephonic meetings with tentative clients to grasp and understand all their project requirements and communicating these requirements to the internal team.
- Creating detailed and comprehensive proposals based on client’s needs ensuring client’s satisfaction prior to formal execution.
- Assist in the day to day operations related to the project, acting as the go to liaison responsible for coordinating and communicating information between different operational teams while managing strict deadlines.
- Developing, building and sustaining relationships with old and new Clients while ensuring their concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supporting the senior account team in the development of data driven strategies
- Negotiating with clients, solving any problems that arise in order to meet all deadlines
- Handling the company's finance by managing the account's budget and invoicing the client
- Managing the company’s all social media accounts and creating reports end of each month & part of company's marketing plan & strategy.
- Working on online Accounting Software’s such as Odoo & QuickBooks
festivals.
• Responsible for organizing, planning and promoting the events held
at the venue by assisting the operations & marketing teams.
• Played a proactive role in helping the operations staff with the upkeep
of the facility before the beginning of the events.
• Responsible for working at the customer service desk during the
events, answering guest inquiries and creating a welcoming
atmosphere for Venue guests.
• Marketed and promoted upcoming events by updating the Venue’s
social media presence, helping the marketing staff design flyers and
assist in distribution of the marketing material.
