• Leading the overall Logistics and warehousing operation for Plastic division, covering three different businesses. 1) Obeikan Regic Plastic Plant, 2) Obeikan Film Plant, 3) Obeikan Flexible Plant.

• Scheduling the best and effective routings for owned and contracted vehicles and trucks in the way that bring cost reduction along with customer satisfaction.
• Driving synergy across all WH functions to drive productivity
• Driving the effective functioning of all the warehouse system i.e. safety, quality, IRA and 5S.
• Optimization of cost via bringing different cost saving/avoidance ideas
• Leading digitization journey in all Logistics functions to drive simplification.

• Records the inventory of all storeroom items.
• Maintains database, updating records to record supplies and materials received and dispensed.
• Conducts physical inventories on a routine schedule.
• Verifies inventory records and corrects discrepancies.
• Distributes storeroom materials in accordance with requisition forms.
• Orders spare parts needed to restock storeroom and maintain minimum inventory levels.
• Perform physical checking of storeroom materials for breakages or damages.
• Resolve customer issues relating to the condition of their stored items.
• Prepare inventory control of storeroom materials.
• Handle and record movements of incoming & outgoing storeroom materials.
• Ensure storeroom premises are maintained in a neat and orderly fashion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for Ware house budget
• Responsible for 100% Inventory reconciliation at Plant for Raw, Pack Materials and Finished Goods
• Ensure smooth operations by timely issuance of material to Production
• Drive the key user and end user qualification process & training for MMCS
• Leverage SAP capabilities and support site annual target for increasing productivity
• Ensure ware house Rough cut capacity planning has been done and all space related matters are resolved via timely action
• Ensure warehouses are operating smoothly and KPIs are on track
• Responsible to Ensure Zero injury during work at each ware houses.
• Owning 2 pillars (HS&E and Education &Training PILLER level in IWS (Integrated Work System)
• Engaged with regional/Global experts for SAP issues resolutions within specified time
• Led production warehouse at plant level and Ensured no Internal control outages are being performed by the team.

Handle import LC opening to shipment release, Liaison with banks and handling all banking matters w.r.t import / exports.
Manage Import transportation from port to plant/warehouse.
Prepare Block Invoice Report and resolve issues relating to block invoices.
Prepare Payment on Time (POT) Reports and resolving issues relating to payments to vendors local & imported.
Prepare Internal Control Reports (i.e. Cost Avoidance Report, Hard Saving Report, Open Order Report etc.)
Oversee daily operation of financial department (pay orders processing (customs duty), invoice allocations etc)
Prepare GRIR Imbalance Report and work with end user supplier to close GRIR imbalance issues.

Exposure in Engineering design office, experience in leading a small group of Document Controllers, managing Site Document Control team, in addition to the execution of my
own document control duties.
I am responsible for the effective and efficient document control of all engineering documents, in accordance with the established procedures.
Design and development of advanced project document control system for the business.
Daily routine activities of Document Control, including distribution of documents, maintaining electronic folders and directories, tracking and retrieval of documents and
