Client: Saudi Pterochemical Company, Gulf Farabi Chemicals Location: Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia Date(s): November 2011 - December 2012 Faraz carried out all types of civil maintenance works like chemical flooring, crack repair on structures, infrastructure, and SABIC/Aramco standard Asphalt work for Saudi Petrochemicals Company (SADAF) at Al-Jubail, through Plant-Tech Arabia as the main contractor. He also did all types of civil maintenance works for FARABI Petrochemicals as the main contractor. Farazs responsibilities included: - Establishment and responsibility for project communications with client, sub-contractors. - Supervision and co-ordination of multiple contractors. - Development and review project planning and programming. Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to senior management. - Supervision of a team of engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks. - Utilizing the manpower and machineries effectively and economically. - Prepare, calculate the quantity of material and preparing method of statements. - To inspect works with respect to the construction methodologies, workmanship, and equipment capabilities to be used in the execution of the works. - Ensuring that the machineries/equipment/materials received are in accordance with requisite quantity and quality.
