Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of a facility, ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and systems are functioning properly
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency
- Coordinate and schedule routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce maintenance costs
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to prioritize maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory levels
- Source and procure necessary spare parts, tools, and equipment to support maintenance operations
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in maintenance technology and industry best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards related to maintenance activities.
1- Identify spares requirements and control/log usage.
2- Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment.
3- Report breakdown root cause, equipment faults, and concerns to Chef Of Engineering.
4- Creating and sustaining a safe environment for patients by well coordinating with different
departments of the hospital such as Infection Control, Intensive Care Units, Quality and etc.
5- Carry out PPM schedules as necessary and planned work orders as required.
6- Managing more than 45 supervisor and technicians
1-Ensure that industrial machinery and equipment run smoothly and reliably by planning and undertaking
scheduled maintenance.
2-Diagnosing faults repairing equipment and responding to breakdowns Immediately.
3-And supervising engineering and technical staff.
