Daily Routine Carried out the Inspection All HVAC & Electrical, Plumbing equipment working Normally.
We have to do PPM Accordingly to schedule.
We have to attend the call from a client and rectified the problem.
We got the call outgoing especially another project we went check and found if we have limited resources we try to resolve the issues and inform our senior like Engineer or Project manager what the problem we have found and rectified the issue.
Our Company has some Residental tower contracts like Air condition if we get a complaint we attend and rectified problems like troubleshooting in center Air conditioning or Installation or replace parts Accordingly to the situation.
Helped run projects by delegating responsibilities.
•Repaired Home Appliances.
•Installed and maintained HVAC Systems.
•I had also worked in close hand to North Sea Ventilations refrigeration engineer during the pre-commissioning charging of refrigerant gas within the DX Chiller package through to the initial run and final commissioning of the Chiller unit.
•My role was there to liaise with the local HVAC installation team to go through any punch list items and to oversee that the installation of the HVAC systems are completed as stated in the design and to the current ASHRAE codes of practice..

•Installation Servicing and Repairing of HVAC System.
•Reassemble equipment and start unit to test operation.
•Performed preventative maintenance of heating, cooling, air-conditioning, and ventilating equipment and controls.
•Checked v-belts, lubricated fan bearings, replaced air filters, and purified media on air handlers.
•Cleaned condenser coils, checked all operational and safety controls, checked suction and discharges pressure, checked for refrigerant leaks, silver soldered and silver brazed all breaks, evacuated and recharged system on air conditioning and condensing unit.

•Replaced sub-assembly units in small and large heating, ventilating, and cooling systems.
•Repaired packaged A/C units, combination units, heating units, and ventilating fans.
•Thorough practices in installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and air conditioning equipment including controls and other related fixtures, with excellent knowledge in both areas (air conditioning and heating).
