Monitoring and ensuring that the Contractor is implementing the issued site instructions
Responsibilities:
• Review Airfield Lighting (AFL) system design and control of airfield lighting system for Visual Ground Aids including approaching, landing and operating on the airport surface to ensure compliance with international standards (ICAO, FAA and IATA).
• Monitoring and supervising work executed by contactors to ensure its compliance with technical specifications, network planning and contact term.
• Inspect the installation of the AFL from (A to Z), and all the related equipment including the installations of electrical system, input power sources, automatic transfer and secondary power (Generator, UPS, and ALCMS).for runway category I, II and III, Taxiway and Aprons.
• Review materials submittals for compliance with contract documents.
• Controlling and progress monitoring.
• Review, approve and process all technical submittals.
• Testing, commissioning and energizing airfield lighting system and control systems.
