To facilitates student teaching /learning process by:
Participate in micro and macro curriculum development and review
Supporting the mission and abiding the FCHS school of nursing educational standards
Preparing, delivering and assessing learning activities that are consistent with program outcome
Delivering the core nursing syllabus utilizing advances in virtual learning and variety of teaching and learning methods
Counseling students on matters related to their academic performance
Organizing and assessing students clinical learning and maintaining an accurate ration of clinical to dedicate teaching and learning
Demonstrating respect to learners and their background differences, and promoting the same among students.
Engaging in students active learning, encourage critical thinking and evidence base meta- cognitive enquiry.
Maintaining accurate teaching files and students course records
Initiating and supervising the process of formative and summative student evaluation
