cup 2022 (field of play, bowl, training fields and general lighting)
• Manage allocated lighting projects in Qatar until successful
conclusion and achieve sales targets in terms of sales and profit
margin
• Responsible for generating sales reports and pipeline tracking on
regular intervals and ensure sales forecast accuracy to Segment
Sales Manager
• Perform Pre-sales activities such as: Submittals, Quotations, Price
Approvals, Site Visits/Mock-Ups, Product Selection etc.
• Support in order execution by coordinating with relevant internal
(Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, etc.) and external stakeholders
(Channel Partner, Client, Consultant, Contractor, etc) to ensure customer satisfaction
• Deploy respective segment/country strategy with the support of
Segment Sales Manager
• Manage independent negotiations with customers (end-clients,
contractors, channel partners)
• Support on demand/lead generation through support and
interaction with segment specific local specifiers
• Develop new leads, build relationships with new customers, and
improve the relationship with existing customers
• Contribute to the development and implementation of local
marketing activities
• Achieve regional sales operational objectives in the Levant region,
covering Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Iraq and Afghanistan in
terms of indoor and outdoor professional lighting solutions.
• Organize and re-structure the regional channel partners by
maintaining current partners and establishing new partnerships in
districts, where needed, to grow and expend the business.
• Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for
districts in support of national objectives.
• Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related
results as needed.
• Maintain the organization’s General Business Principals
throughout business process.
• Maintain and expand customer base by counseling district partners’
sales teams; building and maintaining rapport with key end-users;
identifying new key opportunities.
- Manage a sales team of 7 sales executives.
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
- Responsible for developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisation’s presence throughout Lebanon.
- Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organisation and control of sales managers and sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports and cyclical sales meetings.
- Personally observe the performance of medical representatives in the field on a regular basis.
• Expend DEBBAS lighting business along consultants, contractors, architects and interior designers.
• Assist in design and product selection.
• Get new leads in terms of projects and clients.
• Follow up on projects, and internally with the whole team to
ensure fast respond to client.
• Achieve the sales target yearly.

• Expend 3M market share along consultants, contractors and
electrical shops.
• Organize the market to avoid pricing conflicts
• Achieve the sales target quarterly.
• Responsible of specifying Legrand products with major
consultants.
• Dealing with contractors (closing deals along with our systems
integrators).
• Responsible of structured cabling solutions and cable management solutions.
• Assist and advise in the design of network infrastructure with
major consultants.
• Follow up with system integrators and distributors in
DOHA.
Selling, installing, configuring and maintaining NORTEL PBX Systems.
Site engineer in the customer service department.
