• Dealt with banks and financial institutions, maintaining positive cash flow, securing additional lines of
credit financing existing and new projects, and handling existing facilities/financing.
Key Achievements:
• Led the enhancement of the quality of deliverables, including budgeting processes, reporting,
standardizing the chart of accounts, financial reporting, costing analysis and BOD package.
• Restructured the finance department, created a high performing team. Spearheaded improved hiring
practices and enhanced the team quality through investment in team building, training, and
development.
• Implemented SAP FI/CO for mining and cement service industries.
• Enhanced reporting packages.
