Project Planning
• Maintaining the Schedule Basis of the projects plan
• Tracking projects progress and report every two weeks.
• Report projects progress against Technical Manager request
• Ensuring that any schedule related change to the project plan is documented and approved
• Creation the Work Request, Work Order for the new tasks requested from technical department (Engineering, material and Construction) using MUSIS Data System.
• Raise pick List for all tools and equipment required from technical department .
• Manage the FCP Database FCP Register (FCP: field change proposal project)
• Working closely with all internal departments to resolve issues Concerning Projects Implementation.
• Coordination with projects sponsors to Initiate & approve and close out projects
• Generate weekly Report concerning the summary of all engineers Activities .
• Manage & Development the Priority Progress Project Database PP Project.
• Generation for the weekly report related the high priority Projects (With updated status).
• Progress the Microsoft project plan for the priority projects identified as being high priority.
• Generate the Technical Dept staff Rotation Schedule in MS Project.

Budget & Cost Control:
• Raise NDO (Note d’opportunite) for new Projects
• Tracking project spending and generate a monthly reports
• Cost reporting as requested from Technical manager.
• Check Invoices against contractors contract.
• Raise the Service Receipts for Contractors payment.
• Establishment the Service contract Requisition.
• Assist with billing process.
• Assist with account payable.
• Establishment the Service purchase Requisition.
• Assist for Order to Cash processing including sales order entry, delivery creation, and invoicing


Office Admin

• Manages the daily operation of the office, which will include mail and telephone reception
• Assist the administration and general office duties involving, typing, and record and file technique, documentation creation.
• Assisting with reporting and documentation
• Provides general administrative support to the District Manager and Engineers positions
• Provides Support to Managers on all administrative issues.
• Preparation of Reports and presentations
• Travel arrangements for Senior managers

General Tasks
• Schedules and organizes activities such as meetings, travel, and department activities.
• Software Support to Technique Department.
• Assist Engineers in all data and technical works.
