Led a team of two analysts to analyze macroeconomic factors related to REITs in the Triple Net and Hospitality sectors to have a clear forecast of the future performance of both sectors
•Performed financial analysis for individual REITs in each sector to locate their NAV and determine their stock position (premium/discount)
•Proposed in a presentation and a report to the Investment Committee of Arizona State University to allocated %100 of our $200K funds toward the Triple Net sector - the underwriting will take place by the current semester

•Entered Intimaa’s real estate division expenses receipts to prepare an organized expenses sheet for end of year financial statements
•Participated in a study observing commercial property rental prices to determine the average market price and new competitors in the market which helped in updating Intimaa prices to remain competitive
•Managed a reconciliation of the company accounts to ensure an accurate record of the company expenses
I will graduate in December 2020 with B.S in Finance with a first honor degree. Activities: I was a fund manager for a team in a REIT practicum course at W. P. Carey.
