Handling the processing of work order of clients on outdoor media division
Coordinate with the design, printing, production and installation team and monitor each task completion and updating it in the system
Preparing invoice for client campaign and dispatching it to clients and sales team
Address customer issues and forward them to necessary departments for resolution
Documentation, handling data and report making for the management both paper and electronically in Edge1 OOH ERP
Work collaboratively with the branch head and other departments in head office to properly execute marketing plans and strategies, increase the brand and promote the product by client visits, do product presentation.
Preparing reports and presentations to provide powerful insight and key recommendations to colleagues and clients using Powerpoint and Excel
Generate leads through different sources like Feedback forms, student database and convert hot leads in test prep and overseas education
Enroll for test prep courses and overseas education with the help of a academic counselor
Generate sales through campaigns like email marketing and social media and events like seminars and expos
