• Leading the company to accomplish its target with current Client (DHA) & Hole Project Monitoring.
• Managing and Supervising civil teams at the site and solve all problems which might occur during the execution of the work.
• Closely monitoring the timely rollouts of civil work & maintain QA/QC of site.
• Bill checking & verification of BOQ.
• Coordination with Client and Subcontractor for all the official correspondence.
• Receiving the designs from Technical Dep't. Studying the drawings then start the construction activities along with electrification until obtaining the site's Acceptance from client.
• Raising daily site's progress report to direct GM.
