Actively involved in identifying, evaluating, structuring and executing investment deals with the primary focus on Alternative Investments including but not limited to Private Equity and Real Estate.
Project evaluation, conducting historical business analysis, building detailed financial and valuation models, conducting scenario / sensitivity analysis, business and financial due diligence, preparing relevant reports and recommendations, maintaining database on listed securities etc., working with the Head of Asset Management on formulating investment strategies.
Credit Analysis - Providing credit and financial analysis services to Bank Alfalah - 4C’s analysis.
Typical task includes providing statistical consultation on requisitions received from Bank, devising procedures for special research projects.
Conducting industry research and financial statement analysis, building detailed financial models, conducting valuations and preparing relevant reports and recommendations, etc.
Core task included financial modelling and valuation of companies in the assigned sectors (AUTOS, FERTILIZERS & CEMENTS)
