Studying Contract Documents, Studying Synopsis Report, Preparing BOQ from Drawings if not given by Client, Marking Efforts, Checking Rule Bank and Data Bank for updated Costs and efforts (Company Software for Bid Preparation WINBID), Calculating Consumables, Craft wise Tools, Charge out Tools, Construction Equipment Strategy Meetings to calculate Construction Equipments like Cranes, Power and Welding Generators, etc., Direct Costs like Manpower, Subcontracting, POL etc., and Indirect Costs like Temporary Facilities, Power Facilities, Water Network, Warehouse and Store Facilties etc.
Preparing Level IV plans, Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports (Manpower, Construction Equipment and Efficiency), Craftwise Productivity Reports, Area wise Production Reports with Manpower to check for the Efficiency and Productivity. Testing, Flushing and Reinstatement Plan, Mechanical Completion Meeting for A Punch Items, Preparing BCTC Reports after 3 months to check Project CPI and SPI. Equipment Utilisation Reports, Material Reports and Preparing Test Packages.
