Merchandising for the newly established Ladies ready to wear brand by the name of "Fabrizio" and General procurement for the whole stylo group

Responsible for general procurement for the whole Stylo group which includes all the items like Raw material for shoes, IT equipment, Electrical items, constructional items, Assets, General stationary items etc. I am also responsible for the whole merchandising for the newly established Brand namely "Fabrizio"- A brand of ladies embroidered garments.
Core responsibilities included: * Managing the entire procurement for the above-mentioned products.
* Responsible for Sourcing fabrics and materials for Fabrizio.
* Close coordination with the design team regarding seasonal range planning.
* Managing and developing methods to run the fabric and material stores smoothly.
* Making cost saving strategies.
* Management and development of vendors.
* Vendors' retention strategies.
* Production planning with production manager.
* Cyclical competitor and market analysis.
* Regular review meetings with Director.

Responsible for Home Expressions department. Home Expressions is a renowned brand related to home accessories like Bed sheets, quilts, fancy bed spreads, curtains, fancy cushions and table/kitchen accessories like table runner, table mats, t-cozies, napkins and etc.
Core responsibilities included: * Managing the entire merchandizing for the above-mentioned products.

Responsible for the whole export business of bath robes and towels exporting to customers like Walmart, Springs USA, Laura and Ashley, Sears Canada, Host Apparel USA, Caulfeild Canada and many other.
Core responsibilities included: * Handled the entire export of bath robes.
* Direct communication with the customers and agents abroad.
* Costing of the products after discussion with the M.D.
* Managed payments matters.
* Developed cost and time saving methods.
