• Works as a project in charge/Project Manager and Responsible for overall projects execution, control of all running construction site activities.
• Managed a wide spectrum of projects while curtailing the execution costs and expenses
• Worked for Engineering, design and drawing review/modifications
• Review the drawings BOQ, BOM, control sheets to monitor and run the project and make the work front plan.
• Worked for Fabrication, Welding, PWHT, DHT, Inspection, NDT/NDE, Insulation, Rigging plans, QC, Erection, Air Blowing, Pneumatic Testing, hydro testing, Pre-Commissioning, commissioning and start up activities of underground & above ground piping of different materials/grade and equipment’s.
• Ensure all safety Procedures & trainings of the company to execute work safely.
• Cooperate with the field engineering and execution team for field troubles.
• Work for Control of the Piping data, Planning, Checking, general management and supervisory responsibility. Lead an independent team of Engineers, supervisors within discipline.
• Ensure effective communications and co-ordinations between all discipline team members for awareness of requirements and sharing of information and common resources and co- ordination with other peers, all disciplines, and project management team.
• Conduct routine meetings with piping/Structure/Equipment and other teams to monitor the projects' performance.
• Provide clarifications, technical inputs for the Contractor queries & requests.
• Provide review and inputs to resolve the technical issue, and change orders raised by the
Contractor.
• Ensure to meet the targets plans by leading all the teams of the project. Monitor, maintain & achieve the daily progress activity of site.
• Ensure arrangements for execution of the work safely, smoothly which includes arrangements of Tools, Cranes, machinery, Scaffolding, calibration of equipment’s and tools, safety, etc
• Adept at cost control and contract administration with demonstrated abilities in working on initiatives, thereby bringing down project costs & expenses
• An effective communicator with exceptional analytical, technical, negotiation and client relationship management skills with the ability to relate to people at any level of business and management and significant experience working with steering committees and other project managers.

• Spool control.( Spools protection, arrangement, cleaning, priority fabrication and dispatching to site)
• Responsible for all documentation of fabrication shop.
• Check work front and coordinate for site requirement with other department (Warehouse, civil, E&I, )
• Ensure work permits (confined space welding, grinding, erection, work at height, etc.)
• To attend & coordinate site & client meeting regarding the planning & progress.
• As build /rework request as per latest revisions
• To prepare daily, weekly and monthly report keeping a true and fair view of the progress
• Arrangements/ organize resources and to make sure their availability at the required time so that deadlines are met.
• Negotiation with contractors.
• Procurement(urgent site requirement)
• Coordination with painting, NDT/NDE (RT, PT, PMI, PWHT, PRE-Heat) teams for sequential completion of job.
• Technical advice and quality control for everyone working on it
• Coordinate with FEDC for Weld mapping of piping isometric.
• Reviews and assists Quality Assurance/Quality Control for any required tests and inspection of the piping fabrication and installation.
• Site team management, man power maximum utilization, Organizing and supervising materials and people
• Seeing a project successfully reach completion
• and accuracy of piping, structural and mechanical design activities including layout, calculation and drafting of changes required for improvement
• Maintenance of as-built files
• Co-ordination inspection of Hydro test, leak test, pneumatic test, holiday Test, Flushing/ Air blowing and reinstatement
• Follow Up of punch points to complete the Test packs.
• Execution of Piping works according to design, drawings and specifications
• Provide general execution support for the Project.
