Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Process Analyst my responsibility by ensuring compliance with continual improvement management system (CIMS), that include:
• Develop tailored project approaches aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct gap analyses to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.
• Lead Business Technology process development to optimize operations.
• Deliver process training sessions for staff compliance and understanding.
• Support customers in implementing effective processes.
• Execute internal quality assessments and readiness reviews.
• Assist in preparing for and participating in external audits.
• Identify and address project roadblocks promptly.
• Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders and management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing and monitoring IMS strategy and objectives.
• Providing expert advice on compliance management (SAMA-CSF, NCA-ECC, NIST 800-53)
• Collaborating with organizations to design, implement, and optimize compliance management.
• Conducting assessments to identify non-compliance areas with ISO standards.
• Developing corrective action plans and improving compliance management posture.
• Performing thorough risk assessments, crafting tailored mitigation measures, and establishing robust risk reporting mechanisms. Additionally, conducting comprehensive technology risk assessments to identify and address any gaps.
• Managing technology risk throughout asset and data lifecycles.
• Establishing compliance programs to ensure conformity with laws.
• Guiding clients in developing cybersecurity controls.
• Assisting in managing strategic decision-making processes.
• Formalizing technology governance policies and frameworks.
• Reviewing and updating roadmaps to achieve strategic initiatives.
• Promoting awareness of IMS policies within the organization.
• Implementing processes and automating monitoring and controls.
• Developing reporting metrics and dashboards.
• Managing penetration testing and vulnerability assessment activities.
• Assisting in IT vulnerability assessments and remediation.
• Ensuring timely response to audit and compliance requirements.
• Setting departmental goals and guiding the consulting team.
• Assisting in project management for consulting projects.
• Overseeing external and internal audits.
