• Monitor and manage day to day financial operations till issuing financial statements
• Manage internal and external audit facilities
• Monitor and manager financial reporting
• Provide input to the Management regarding investment relating decisions
• Manage, prepare and track budget against actual performance
• Provide strategic recommendations to members of Executive management team
• Ensure control, monitoring and performance standards and mechanisms are in place for all
financial and investment related matters
• Identify opportunities and propose new methods of improving existing operations
• Ensure KPIs' are developed, implemented and monitored for reporting areas
• Ensure FTA & RERA rules are being implemented
• Provide proper direction and management for the Finance team

• Monthly/ quarterly/ annual Profit & loss performance by business unit and on consolidated basis
• Monitor and manage budgeting and performance comparison of actuals with budgets
• Provide input to the Management regarding investment relating decisions
• Full pricing responsibility and oversight
• Review working capital and drive cash flow improvement initiatives
• Managing Fund Flow of company and liaising with banks for optimization of cash flow
• Ensure all sales orders are on track, weekly meetings with BU Leads for Revenue targets
• Ensure FTA rules are being implemented
• Inspire, motivate and influence staff and set highest professional standards

• Monthly/ quarterly/ annual reporting in compliance with IFRS
• Work closely with Project Managers for development of financial plans and budgets for Projects
• Liquidity planning and cashflow forecasting
• Review, Analysis and circulation of Monthly MIS for Executive Management
• Active member of strategy team, participating in formulating long term strategy based on vision and
mission of the Group
• Review daily BRS and Collections report, TAS & Escrow reconciliation, Weekly A/R, A/P ageing reports,
Variance analysis etc
• Work with auditors to facilitate internal and external audits related to development projects
• Finalization of books of accounts and analysis of Trial Balance
• Compliance with Vat laws, RERA guidelines and ensuring timely submission of quarterly Vat reports
