o MES Complaint Management System @ Karachi Cantt:
A cost effective IT solution based on Asterisk based IP PBX provided features of call recordings, CLI, Phone Book, Complaint Registration, Complaint Process, and Inventory.
o Air Traffic E-Log & Self Briefing System of Sharjah ATC:
Air Traffic E-LOG is a Web-based System, designed to maximize the ANS productivity by providing tools to assist in automating the administration and operations process, otherwise it must be performed manually.
This system has successfully deployed in the Sharjah Air Traffic Control tower.
o Restaurant Point of Sale @ Hacouchi:
This system allows business owners to track sales, cash flow, and food inventory.

Through, Reform Support Unit - A division of School Education and Literacy Department - Government of Sindh, I was recruited as a full-time private consultant over the World Bank funded project of SERP-II (Sindh Education Reform Program). I was responsible to lead all the IT Projects and Operations of IT Department of School Education and Literacy Department.
• Participation with departmental leadership (Secretary and DGs) in the strategic development of technology, helped in achieving the Disbursement Linked Indicators (DLIs) given by the World Bank.
• Designing, development, and implementation of new IT initiatives i.e. Centralized Data Analytics Solution.
• Coordination with the directorates of the department to fulfill their IT based requirements.
• Lead the Data Centre (IT Department) Infrastructure, Operations, and team of the department.

Achievements:
o Monitoring & Evaluation Business Application Deployment:
Successfully implemented the customized Power BI based application, used for the centralized data reporting of all the Public School’s key business processes to the executive management.
o Internal Communication System Deployment:
Successfully deployed the unified platform of internal communication of the department, designed over PHP platform using Zimbra API. It enabled the communication and collaboration of the department in an efficient manner.

My role was mainly to facilitate the SAP Basis team in the Operational and Project management related activities of SAP systems.

o ITRF Implementation: Successfully introduced the ITRF - IT Response Form for Logical Access, Change Management, and Incident Management) and trained the trainers of other departments.
o SAP ECC DRP Drill: DR Drill form designing, and DR drill co-ordination.
