As Senior Project Manager, I ensure that the client's requirements are met, the project is completed on time and within budget and that everyone else is doing their job properly. I'm responsible for the planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of IT projects.
Team management: To accomplish human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining team member; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Project Planning & Development: To achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Budgeting & Progression: To meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.To update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Account Management & Client Satisfaction: To enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
My role at Systemetix was to develop a strategy to increase revenue and profit in all areas of the business in accordance with a growth plan. As well as, to develop, forecast and revise business plans; determine where improvements can be made and develop action plans in order to achieve on-going objectives.
Project Management: To oversee the implementation of marketing and promotional activities and monitor their success through line managers. To create and maintain a professional retail image through positive media exposure.
Office Management: To ensure departmental managers record transactions accurately and timely onto the management information system. To regularly review and communicate customer satisfaction result. To ensure managers communicate customer satisfaction expectations to their staff.

Solution Design & Client Engagement: As a Senior Consultant I have client-facing engagement responsibilities, including leading the solution design sessions, demonstrating solutions, technical design of enterprise application architecture, business process automation, and system risk security design and realization.

Softmetics is an IT services firm with focus on the development of software and web applications for Government and Semi-Government Companies. I was responsible for sales/business development, channels and alliances establishment, pipeline management activities for Softmetics - Middle East. Brand development, web site traffic growth, web site UI and advertising revenue. Developed brand strategy and statistics systems.
Key Account Management: Co-ordination between the clients and technical team, managing the project’s design & development according to the agreed & preferred solutions, preparation of documents and presentation of progress reports are all part of my job.

I led the biggest domain i.e. IT department & Peoples Media’s performance tested inventory has substantially improved the effectiveness of Best Western's online activity, offering a real alternative to increasingly scary media’s.

As system analyst, I designed new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity. Worked closely with clients to examine business models and flows of the data in the business and designed appropriate and improved IT solution.
Project Management Professional (PMP) is an internationally recognized professional designation offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
I completed the MCS i.e. Masters in Computer Science degree from Punjab University.
