Daily execute the orders for Replenishment OR Direct Customers as per the Schedule dates and passing the information to agility.
Follow up with the Customer Care if any return items coming to W/H resolve it and hand over the ASN to agility to receive the stock.
Give support to the operation Department any missing items OR Packing list missing in the MDR.
Resolving O.D/Mother care barcode issues.
Involved in the Annual Cycle count, creating plans through system releasing and resolve the problems during counting.
Maintaining the stock level in ILS Vs GOLD
Responsible for all the stocks of brands in warehouse.
Stock Taking, Inventory management & different management reports
Daily Audit responsibility and maintain all the brands which we have in Riyadh.
Maintain all the stocks in BIN and checked the locations empty wise and randomly
Daily working on variance and support the logistic team to how to reduce the loss.
Responsible for all the property of warehouse like ( fire alarm, water equipment, safety point of view etc)
Checking and monitoring the employees about safety, uniforms, grooming and safety shoes.
Always ensure that no any employee involved in theft directly or indirectly.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and
Workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with
Procedures, rules, and regulations.
Daily sending the reports of warehouse performance to Line Manager in Head office Kuwait
To manage all the emplyoees shedules, timings and motivate to work
Master In Business Administration (MBA) from Hajvery University Lahore. Special Qualification:
Bachelor (B.COM) from Punjab College Of Commerce.
Matric from PAF Intermediate College Lahore Cantt. Intermediate (ICS) from Punjab Group of Colleges.
