• Handling all inbound consignments from our over sea’s suppliers for Brand: TIM HORTONS and COLD STONE CREAMERY
• Handling all outbound consignments to our group partners in GCC regions- for Brand: TIM HORTONS and COLD STONE CREAMERY
• Key Point of Contact with Dubai Municipality, Dubai Customs, Dubai Ports and Authority and Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Shipping Agents, Shipping Line, Government offices in other Emirates
• Key Point of Contact with our 3PL partner and in house warehousing and Distribution
• Playing a crucial role in Inventory Management at warehouse level and at store level to avoid scenario’s of stock out and Expiry of any products
• Key Point of Contact in working with our Companies’ ERP system - Navision to be in par with the Companies guide lines for all Company relates Transactions
• Maintaining books of accounts for all over seas funds transactions
• Training new staff in fulfilling the assigned duties and responsibilities
Head of the clearing and forwarding dept & E-clearance
Handling shipments for:- U.S. Navy, Diplomats, Embassies, consultates, Marine services, ship spares for vessels, sea-air shpts, leading trading organization in Dubai(corporate accounts), routed and non routed sea freight shpts
Building relations with various shipping line, customs officials, Dubai trade for the interest towards the company
Generating revenues for the company by bringing in sales both by sea freight, air freight and warehousing

Generating revenue for the company by bringing in accounts that have cargo’s to be exported from the country and imported in the country by air, sea and land
Handling logistics and distribution as per the client’s requirements
