Major Responsibilities:-

 Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan or Programme and ensuring incorporated materials on projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
 Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
 Maintain and update quality documents for offices/sites.
 Inspection & testing of all LV GE (General electric) power distribution system.
 Inspection & testing of 480V, 4.16KV, 6.6 kV Switchgears, MCC, ATS, LDB panel, and VFD electrical panels.
 Testing of GE breakers & ground fault relays & GFR sensor by primary injections
 Pre-energizing and preparation for energizing.
 Inspection and Monitor the grounding, Lightning and NGR installations
 Create forms and formats for offices/sites.
 Maintain organization chart & Test, commission documents.
 File and inspect activities on sites.

Major Responsibilities:-

Testing of Over Current relays ABB, MFAC high impedance relay & auxiliary relays.
Scheme and function testing for Protection & Control Panels.
Verifying overall Interlocking & GIS SF6 Du-Point Test.
Testing and Calibration of Energy Meters, SF6 Gas Leakage Test.
 Testing Current & Voltage Transformer by CT analyzer.
Testing MCCB, Circuit Breaker, MCB, Bus Bar & Earth Switch Contact Resistance.
Transducer & Insulation test, Cable High Voltage.
Pre-check of all panels Siemens, ABB, Hyundai and Schneider Electric.
CT & VT loop Switch Gear.
Working on all testing devices such as CT Analyzer Omicron, Severker, Megger, MOM
Freja Primary Injection, Fluke Multi Meter, Clamp on Digital Meter, Micro meter. meter
Tester Megger 5kv, Relay set sverker, Relay set freja 300, CPC-100 Omicron.



Market Awareness:-

Review of Documents, Specifications, Delivery schedules and important milestones
Preparation of Kick-off meeting & Snag list
Attend and comment on Preliminary and Final Handing Over
Coordination with Engineering and making Non Conformance Report (NCR) on material ordering/receiving.
Working on all testing devices such as CT Analyzer Omicron, Severker, Megger, MOM
Coordination / correspondence with customers and client

o Build strategies for maximizing operation.
o Focus on 24/7 working to achieve goal.

* Handles ALCATEL E-10B telephone calls
* Understanding the E-10B, MSAN (HUAWEI) switching system
* Working on BTS 3606E (indoor), dps3900 (outdoor)
* Understanding the phenomena of wireless networking
* Installing cards CMTR, CMPA, CCPM, CECM, BCIM, PSU
* Controlling the alarms in BTS
* Making Long Distance International calls by ITMC
* Understanding the NMS (networking management system)
* Working on E-300software
* Understanding the different types of multiplexing
